محمد ص، مقتدای اهل عالم،

Muhammad (PBUH), is the excellent example for the world,

محمد ص، مصطفی آل آدم،

Muhammad (PBUH), is the favorite of Adam’s family,

محمد ص رحمه للعالمین است،

Muhammad (PBUH), is mercy upon the worlds,

رسول آسمانی بر زمین است،

He is celestial (Allah’s) messenger on the earth,

دلش دریایی و خلقش خدایی،

His heart is sea-like, and his moral is divine,

نگاه روشنش شمس الضحیی،

His bright look, is similar to the sun of the morning,

تبر بر دوش تا بتخانه آمد،

While axe was on his shoulder, came toward idol-house,

حبیب الله سرمستان محمد ص،

The beloved of Allah, (the Master of) delighted ones, Muhammad (PBUH),

خودش خاتم، خدا ختم کلامش،

He is the last (prophet), (and) Allah is his last goal, 

تمام مهربانی در سلامش،

All the mercy, is in his salutation,

نهان در گیسوانش سر اسراء،

Secret of Asra, is hidden in his hair,

شکسته شور فریادش قفس را،

Passion of his call, has broken the cage,

امین وحی رب العالمین است،

He is the honest (man), who brought us revelation of the Lord of the worlds,

امیر و سرور روح الامین است،

He is the chief and master of the Gabriel,

Orphan of Mecca, became master of the world,

Muhammad (PBUH), became master of the prophets,

احسنت یا بدر العجم،

Bravo! O’ full moon of the non-Arabs,

لبیک یا شمس العرب،

Labbayk!, O’ sun of the Arabs,

ای حسن خلقت بی بدل،

O’ whose pleasant moral, has no similar,

ای از تو عالم در عجب،

O’ the one whom the world is in wonder at,

گاهی وقت ها دلم، بال و پر میزنه،

Sometimes my heart, is extremely eager, 

با گریه خونه ی، یارو در میزنه،

By cry (= shedding tears), knocks at (the door of) friend’s house,

بارون مرحمت، میباره رو سرم،

Rain of mercy, is raining on my head,

مدیون خوبی و ، لطف پیغمبرم،

I’m indebted to prophet’s goodness and grace, 

جاری شد در رگ و، قلب ما خون تو،

Your blood flowed in our vessels and heart,

خورشید راه ما، حالا مدیون تو،

The sun of our path, is now indebted to you,

مکتب عشق تو، دست ما رو گرفت،

Your school of love, helped us,

برق تکبیر ما، کوچه ها رو گرفت،

The light of our Takbir, shone the alleys, 

احساس و قلب من، جا مونده دستتون،

My affection and heart, are left in your hand,
